    Installing SwiftDecoder with software only license

    We recieved software licenses (no dongle) but the only install we've recieved of SwiftDecoder doesn't function without a dongle. Is there a setting we need to change to be able to run the application without a dongle, or are we using the wrong installer? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Miguel

    Ok, we got the correct version of the software, but it can't seem to now connect to the activation server. Is there any port that needs to be open for the activation to go through? Any help would be appreciated.
